Fault: the customer to repair a CNC lathe processing speed has become much slower. It takes only 50 seconds to make a product. Now it takes 3 or 4 minutes to make the same product. The program is still the same as the original program.
Overhaul: check spindle speed multiple switch, feed speed multiple switch, no problem. View processing procedures, which use the G99 per turn feed, feed speed and spindle speed. Program spindle speed 2000 turn, see the actual spindle speed is not slow, but the CNC system monitoring the spindle speed is only more than 300 turn. Spindle speed monitoring is through the external spindle encoder monitoring. Check that the encoder is connected to the spindle and there is no problem. After changing the spindle encoder, the system monitors the spindle speed to normal. Let the customer process the product, everything is normal, trouble shooting.
