Y-AXIS RAIL CHARACTERISTICS

The Y-axis rails are assembled in parallel  with rollers and plane sliders. The linear rail  can maintain high-speed operation and  straight movement while the plane slider  can be highly loaded to produce higher  resistance during cutting and can make the  slide seat and cross rail closely fit together  for smooth movement.

The Z and W-axis are moved by hard rails, together with Japan imported wear-resistant plastic and Taiwan scraping technique, the topmounted gear box of Z-axis can realize the highly rigid, precision and stable machining. Precision grinding after heat treatment, suitable for  heavy cutting.
